"Wrong Serial" message when starting up C4D

Hello, just installed latest versions of Drive 1.61 and SplinePatch 3.01. These updates were acquired using our C4D Multi-License number, begins with a "2". We are getting a "Wrong Serial" message when starting up C4D for both plugins. What could be wrong?

Please check the C4D serial digits displayed on top right of the registration window with the ones you gave us. In almost every case these don't match and cause the error. Use the support form on www.c4dplugin.com to get further support on that issue.
