How to correct backwards wheel rotation.

Hi,

I have an issue with my wheels rotating backward. This happens with a simple simulation regardless of road or collision dynamics. This is not a visual phenomenon. A baked f-curve of the wheel shows the reversing of rotation. I've included the project file along with a screengrab of the wheel rotation f-curve in the link below. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Update: I believe I resolved the issue. I froze all rotations on the wheels before rigging and enabled quanterian rotation. That seems to have resolved my issue.

The file cannot be downloaded, saying "the file is in the owner's trash".

Certainly there must not be any rotating animation on the wheels! Otherwise the simulation is not able to control the wheels.
